Finding An Attorney In NC Familiar With Land Trusts..
Short of calling all the real-estate agents listed in the yellow pages here in Durham, how do I find an attorney who's actually competent and familiar with land trust transactions? Thank you, in advance!

You just have to look through the Yellow pages section under Attorneys or Lawyers, etc.
Specifically call the ones specializing in Real Estate and/or Estate planning if TRUST is not mentioned.
Also look under Accountants/CPAs and ask them for a legal referral who specializes in Trusts.
If you still come up short I can assist you with Trust set up whether in NC or nationwide!
