Financing for T/B's
Hi all-
In an effort to further my RE knowledge, I have taken a position as a loan officer for residential lending with Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. here in Buffalo, NY. I work with A, B, and C level credit buyers of 1-4 unit properties. I am available to help you get your tenant/buyers financed to cash you out as quickly as possible.
I'm not meaning this as just a "commercial", which I know is not cool on this board; just an FYI if you need to line up financing for your T/B's.
