ExciseTransfer Tax With LO?
When taking property using a LO is there ever any threat of paying Excise or Transfer Tax? I noticed people mention keeping the chain of title when doing simultaneous closings and I was wondering if that would ever trigger any additional excise tax for me?
Is there ever any transfer tax when I go to refi my tenant/buyer?
