well I have forms, I have the ones from Carlton sheets, I have the purchase agreement, lease option agreement, and adendum, are these all Im gonna need? Thank you.
Some lenders will allow it to go towards additional option consideration if the amount is above fair market rent, if it is paid with a separate check, and if it is so stated in the Agreement. I just apply it towards the sale price.
