Corporate Name On L/O

I am doing a L/O with a seller, my question is should I put the Tenant as my company name or my personal name?

I always put my company name

I'm not a lawyer, but if you do have a company I would definitely put it under the company name for liability reasons and to give credibility to your business.

always use corporate

and when signing... use something like

My Biz Inc.
by John Doe, President

then sign that on behalf of you corp
