I'm just getting going myself and was going crazy trying to find affordable, easy to use forms and info on lease options. Then someone pointed me to eBay. Do a search of eBay for offerings by 'knowflake'. You'll find some great forms and they even come with telephone mentoring thrown in. What a deal! I did this and am expecting great things to come of it.
yeah there needs to be a form database somewhere on this sight. There has got to be generic forms floating around. People don't like to share forms for some reason.

Conti and Finkel's forms would be like giving a loaded gun to a child if you don't also get their Course that explains how to fill them out properly.
