I have found email marketing to be of no help when it comes to real estate investing.
For me direct mail has provided a good response, but personal contact has brought the best response.

initial response by Email is OK but for any success you must establish telephonic contact and personal contact. I would shy away from any Homeowner who requires you to continue to utilize Email while negotiating a deal. Good Luck.
