You might try http://list.realestate.yahoo.com/re/homevalues/ It doesn't always have the freshest information, but it will give you a good idea. Don't know if they'll list sales in your state, but for comps in MA (and they have them in many other states) I've like using: http://www.domania.com/ Unless I am mistaken, I think that's what jfmlv1950 meant by "domaniacomps.com"
