CMA's

Is it advisable to use Dataquick or something similar for CMAs? I may be requiring a lot ot CMA's and maybe not even selling through a realtor on my first few deals? I feel like I would be imposing.

    loeloe,

I've found that if you get with a real estate agent that understands what you are doing and the potential that he/she has with getting a fair share of business with you, they most likely will be glad to supply a few Comps here and there. However, if they are providing services free of charge and see no business coming their way, you will see their cooperation become non existent. Good Luck.

I can't emphasize enough the importance of becoming familiar with your market.
