Can You Do A Rent To Own/LO With Sec 8 Tenants(m)

I see alot of ads in the local paper that has a rental amount for rent own then says sec. 8 ok. Or are they saying they will take either or? quinn

    There is a program set up for Sec. 8 tenants to use their grants to purchase homes. I don't know much about it but I did read a little about it on HUD's website.
