Buying Out The Tenant
Greetings All,
I did a lease option on a property. I want to sell the property in February but I am under a contract with him for another year. I would like to see about buying him out so we can break the contract. Anyone ever bought a tenant out? How did you do it? What incentives did you offer? How much out of pocket did you offer. Looking forward to your replies. Thank you.
