Bandit Signs Do Work!!
I was on vacation Fla,, put up some bandit signs with my 800# on it and got 2 homes deeded to me. They are worth 305k and 295k, and I got the owner, who lives in Phoenix now, to pay me $900 to market and tidy up the homes!!. I stand to make 10-15k each on the front end and 40-50k on the backend. These signs do work when put in the right areas. ........

This is incredible ! You go on V ACATION in another state, and from the figures you quote, you seem to have ample profit to cover your vacatiion.
Few people can make that statement. The icing on the cake is that this is also a deductible business expense.

what locations did you post your signs?

I put the signs near 2 busy intersections and also near 2 subdivisions that are 4-5 yrs. old. That is where the call came from. If I can help, let me know....

I use a variety of signs, but here is the one I used on vacation:
WE BUY PRETTY HOMES
NO EQUITY, NO PROBLEM
1- 866-XXX-XXXX
This is what I use when I target the newer neighborhoods (2-5yrs old).

TyTitan is a nickname I was given a couple years back. The weather here in 'bama is awesome. Nice cool breeze and the sun is out. Pollen's everywhere.
I've been looking at some lots in Gulf Shores...but that's somewhere down in my REI career...just a newbie here still..lol
