when you lease (with purchase option) to someone, let's say you agreed on a purchase price of : $ 80,000 monthly rent : $750/month purchase term: 1 year Are the onthly payment deducted from the purchase price at the end of the term, when the check is signed. Thank you R.E.I lovers
