Another Co-Op Assignment Question
When doing a co-op assignment, how do I state in the contracts that the lease shall not start until I have found a tenant? Is this stipulation in the lease agreement or the option?

Have the lease start at least 60 days in the future. In the lease, state that the original tenant buyer has the right to cancel the lease at any time. You do not need any sort of stipulation in the option.
