A very broad question...What type of Will do folks have that have a lot of property? I hear "credit shelter trust" tossed around a lot - and have a very basic understanding (i.e it protects your assets from being taxed).
I have nine properties and mutual funds and life insurance that totals just a hair over 3 million.

without question and I plan too, but was curious what others have done.
My property is in a land trust. If either my wife or I pass, it goes to the other party without probate.
