Where Do You Find Multi-copy Contract Forms?
Where in CA can I find those NCR-type forms for Purchase Offer or Sell Offer Acceptance? This is the doc that you want the seller or buyer to have a copy of when you leave after a deal has been agreed to. I have tried Kinkos, Staples, etc ... no go. Thx

The Calif Assn of Realtors has them. You can probably buy at you local MLS. Many real estate agents will give you one for free - especially if they are salesmen since the broker pays for them. If you went to an open house and asked the salesperson ..?
Bobo2 - Thx ... I had considered that. I didn't know if the standard Calif Assoc. of Realtors form (in all of its 8 pgs of glory) had things in there that us "creative" types my do better without.
Anyone have any experience using these in a Subject To purchase?
