Where Do You Find Multi-copy Contract Forms?
Where in CA can I find those NCR-type forms for Purchase Offer or Sell Offer Acceptance? This is the doc that you want the seller or buyer to have a copy of when you leave after a deal has been agreed to. I have tried Kinkos, Staples, etc ... no go. Thx Molotov :-S

The Calif Assn of Realtors has them. You can probably buy at you local MLS. Many real estate agents will give you one for free - especially if they are salesmen since the broker pays for them. If you went to an open house and asked the salesperson ..?
Bobo2 - Thx ... I had considered that. I didn't know if the standard Calif Assoc. of Realtors form (in all of its 8 pgs of glory) had things in there that us "creative" types my do better without.
Anyone have any experience using these in a Subject To purchase?
