What's Up With North Carolina Attorneys?
I and at least two other people I know are having an awful time with attorneys in NC. They tell me "subject to" investing is illegal! I try to explain to them it is not, but find that wasted breath.
I could really use a good referral. I need an attorney (anywhere in the state at this point!) who is familiar with CREI, preferrably one knowledgable in subto investing.
