    When you go back and read the referenced posting, you will see that the questioner is asking about NARS in the context of land trusts.

    Why are you always shouting? If you don't know it, all caps is considered shouting (or ranting). Besides your posts are more difficult to read in all caps, so please turn off the CAPS LOCK when you post.

    I will have to agree ShayShay doe have a tendency to become exciteable, shout a lot and wonder off track.

    Maybe if we coach him along a little he will quit shouting, calm down and stay focused.

    There are ShayShays on every board, to me they bring a little humor into the converstation if you look at it that way.
