What Is A 1031 Exchange ?
What exactly is a 1031 Exchange ? I remember reading about this in a Real Estate Investment book awhile ago.
From my understanding it has something to do with being able to sell a home but not take the gain and hence move it into another home without paying taxes on the sale of the home ?
