What Happens To A Tenants Personal Prop When They Die?
My aunt and her adult son have an apartment in Henderson. She died while her adult son (who is autistic) was hospitalized. When he came out of the hospital with his social worker the apartment manager said that unit has been cleaned out leaving him with nothing. What rights and what actions can we take regarding this situation?

I agree, consulting an attorney would be best. Question though, how long was it between her passing and him getting out of the hospital? Perhaps the items could have been considered abandon?
