I am in the process of moving my properties into multiple land trusts. I don't know how it will turn out, but we will see.
Just wanted to give some feedback on how I did. I got to hand it to William Bronchick on this one. His stuff helped me out a bunch. The only problem was that the deed in his book had to be changed to my counties specifications. Other than that, I didn't really have a problem doing it.
