Unsecured Business Credit
I was told once by an investor to register an LLC and get unsecured business credit cards to purchased properties.
Have you ever hird about this. If yes how do one get unsecured business credit cards for an LLC.
What are the reqirements?

Several years of timely payments in the LLC and substantial assets in the company.
