Unreasonable Coop Situation Here...
I had recently found out from my coop board that as of next spring all tenents must vacate the building. My problem is that my tenents have two more years of contract with me. What am i suppose to do? Should i tell them them that they need to move because the board is not allowing anymore renters in the building? WHat if they sue me for breaking the contract, what should i do then? Anything advice on the subject matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
