Trust (inter Vivos Trust Or Living Trust)
Can any one explain how beneficial a trust is to a seller and/or a property buyer. A recent client has asked to have the contract set up in a trust . Can this be drawn up by the seller or does he need to contact a realestate attorney :-S if so, where can I find the forms?

Are you referring to a landtrust?
Living trust are an estate planning vehicle.
The Chester Mazur Revocable Trust is a legal entity for my living trust. It can be a party to a purchase or sales contract.
Land trust is a different matter,
