Title Insurance If Transfer To Trust And LLC
Is this another expense. Do you need new title ins if transfer from my name to trust or to a LLC.
Also just a note. I sent letters to different lenders I have on rentals, asking for OK to move into LLC's.
Large mortgage co. turned me down but 2 local ones said OK.
