Time Share Quit-Claim Deed

I am planning to prepare a quit-claim deed for a time share into my trust. My attorney is helpful, but costly, so I want to file it myself and save the expense of his advice---IF I can get free advice in a forum such as this. My question is "Are there any pitfalls to beware of when filing a time share QCD, or is it as straightforward as filing the usual QCD?" [addsig]
