"Subject To" Contracts
I am an intermediate investor who is interested in "subject to" contracts for purchasing or "controlling" real estate by purchase optioning. Does anyone know where I can find a sample of this type of contract? I have recently completed a lease-option deal, but want to explore buying a property through controlling it with an option. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
