Where can I go to find out about eviction laws in various states? Is there a state department that handles this? Or is this a city function.

    Go to google. Type in "name of state" eviction laws. You need to do some research.

    Yeah but they still had everyone deed to the wrong lot number. Was the lot number not available from the city or was there something else going on? Has this happened to someone before?
