Should My Next Purchase Have "and/or Assigns" In It?
I have read that adding this wording after your name or company makes the property much easier to transfer to someone else or a new company that you may setup in the future.
Is this and/or assigns right on the first page of the initial contract like a part of the official buyer? Or do you just put that at closing when you sign it the final forms?
Also, it is necessary? Is it smart to do?
