Should I Transfer Properties To A LLC?
I own several properties that I bought for investment reasons. They are titled personally to me and I was wondering if I should setup and LLC and transfer them to it. Can anyone advise on the advantages of this? If I transfer them to the company should I do it as a sale so I can recoup what I paid? Thanks
