Should I Tell Bank About Transfer To LLC?
I have quitclaimed 3 properties into my LLC. Should I tell the mortgage company? Will they find out?
Am I in a better position in telling them, than risking them finding out on their own?
Has anyone done this? What was the response? Did any bank ever call the loan due?
