Semi-Attached Property
Here is my situation:
I own a semi-attached property (shared roof). My neighbor has a leak on his side of the roof that is causing water to flow onto my property and through my ceiling. What recourse do I have for damages incurred? Anyone have any similiar experiences or insight they can share? Thanks in advace. The property is located in NY State (Staten Island).
