Security Interest
Hello all, I have a question about a property I own in Texas. It is a single family house that needs renovating. A relative is willing to work with me on the house and help provide some materials as needed. He won't get his money(approx 15-18K) back until the property is sold. Can his interest be protected by filing a lien on the property for the estimated value? Thanks in advance Abe
