Researching Liens

What is the best way to findout what liens a property may have against it. I'm not reffering to tax liens, but liens that could have possibly been filed by a probate lawyer?

Thanks,
Angel

The best way I have been able to look up leins or any other debts on a property is, to go to the county land record office and run a search on the address/and or person who owns the property. Most countys have this info online. Any recorded documents, the countys land records office will have it. You could also go to a title company, and get a title search.
