I want to set one up today
I know how to go about it
My question is:
Can I just set it up and keep in til I want to use it? [ buying houses]
Any taxes or forms to fill out tax wise if nothing ever went into it?

Actually, if you form a corporation, and do no business, you'll still have to file a first and final tax return (state & fed), at least that's my understanding.
Your best bet, would be to contact a local CPA, preferrably someone that does this daily (no H&R seasonal reps).
