Rehab Expenses And To What Extent?
I have been rehabing a few properties but it seems that we are spending more than the usual 5k to 10k everyone seems to throw around. I am spending about between 20k-30k. I have been subbing out now because I have a couple of properties at a time I can not lift the hammer anymore but it seems that by the time I have a turnkey property to place on the market I have spent about almost 30k. Honestly..am I the only one spending this much out there? or is about what most of you are spending?
