Are you asking me the question or are you just putting that out there for everyone. If you are asking me.... that is just something I heard. I could be wrong but I thought it had something to do with labeling the person a dealer!

Actually, how does the IRS know about sales?
When you do your taxes for that property. You going to have to claim them.
