Record The Land Trust?
I am trying to set up some land trusts for my properties. I am a little unsure of the process to record the trustee once I get the deed in the trustee name. Can this be done by filing at the courthouse myself? If not what is the best way to do this?
At sale of the property you might have to record the documents. I recently came across a lot of land trusts documentation while doing some due diligence and was suprised to see all the pages of the trust was there detailing everything. Unusual but some counties will ask for it
