Recommendation To CA RE Lawyer
I have a hairy deal and want the note, purchase agreement and Deed of trust to be reviewed and an Opinion letter to be issued (basically an insurance policy that they believe the docs and right or wrong.
I have had 3 attys look at the docs and decline to offer the Opinion.
I would prefer a Bay area atty, but am open to anyone licensed in CA.
A free Starbucks drink (if local) to winning suggestion.
