I am desperate to sell our home in Oklahoma City that is appraised at $197,000 in a well established an sought after neighborhood.
I recently caught wind of an idea to basically raffle our house off (by selling approx 2800, $100 tickets and then drawing a winner).
Does anyone have any knowledge/experience in this area, is it legal?
