How the heck do you pick one if you have no one to refer you to one? Just randomly on the yello pages, LOL >:( ? I don't want to be drained on hourly charges or wasted charges,... just need some basic stuff on selling my condo (owe homeowners'...)..... thanks

    You can also pick someone to refer you to an attorney. I suggest using a CCIM qualifed real estate agent. Ask HIM (or her) for a refferal.
