Quit Claims And Title Insurance
Recently I was told that if I quit claim a property that was in my name to an LLC of which I am the owner, my title insurance becomes null and void should a claim arise after the deed is recorded. Is this true? Should I just not record the deed to avoid this issue? Thanks for your help! posherov
