Quit claim deed
A year ago I bought a new house in Georgia entirely with my funds. As a token of my committment I signed a quit claim to my then fiance'. She does not work and has contributed 0 dollars to the payments. We are now splitting up and I want her out of the house. How can I rescind the quit claim deed. What do I need to do? Thanks

Ooops I ALWAYS recommend being married before adding a significant other to title. NEVER put a girlfriend in title to your property for this very reason. I hope you are still on speaking turns, because she is going to have to quit claim the property back to you. Otherwise, contact a good attorney that SPECIALIZES IN REAL ESTATE. Good luck.
