Question On Mortgage Interest
I have a question on a home mortgage interest deduction. Im looking into possibly renting to own a house from a place and I was wondering if there are any differences in that type of mortgage or loan. If it is setup as a straight mortgage, I should be able to claim the mortgage interest deduction shouldnt I? Let me know. Thanks.
