Question About Owner Occupied

I have a home under contract that I am planning on living in. But recently a friend of mine, who has a really nice place on the beach has said she may need a roommate. So I f I buy my propertiy , as a primary and then in few monthes want to move in with my friend instead, am I ok? Have you ever heard of any cases where this would be an issue?
should be fine.....it think it says something like intent at the time be occupy, so if you would change your mind no prob.
