Proceeds After Foreclosure Obligations Are Meet
Where can I find information on how to claim any money in excess of the foreclosure obligation.
For instance if all Foreclosure obligations total 250 K and the house is sold for 350 K there is an excess of 100K that I was told is due to the person that owned the property prior to the foreclosure.
