Preforeclosure Marketing
Does anyone have any marketing tips on finding homes in distress/pre-forclosure/un-wanteds/divorce/probate/etc?
Is there a resource for this type of info that does not cost me an arm and a leg and is not oversubscribed (i.e. ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***) and is not sponsored by self-proclaimed REI experts?
Tall order I know, but if you dont ask....
do a search through the posts and articles on this site and you might find what you are looking for!
Free information: court records. Spend an afternoon down there and you'll learn a bunch.
