Pre Paid Legal

But anyways, I think I'm going to sign up for a pre-paid legal service. Basically it’s insurance for legal issues, much like car insurance.
They do unlimited phone consultations, and contract reviews depending on your state.
I was thinking it would be a great idea to get a law team on my side to review documents and give advice before I go out and do my 1st investment property..
The kicker... Only $17 a month (might be more after I explain my total needs to them but right now only 17)

yeah, i have it, use it, and sell it. It's cool, don't look for creative advice for they only know conventional wisdom when it comes to real estate, but they can make your documents state specific.
However it is great for all the other benefits it offers, not just real estate.
