Paying A Fee To A Bird Dog
I was thinking of doing some advertising that includes offering a fee to anyone who can find a deal for me. My question is, Is that legal? Do I have to be careful offering fees to people when dealing with the purchase and sale of real estate? How do you word the advertising to cover my .....assets? Any help would be appreciated.
