Partnering On A Fix/flip
I am going to partner up with another investor using her credit to purchase the home and rehab. I found the prop, the contractor is mine as well. Any suggestions on how to prevent this investor from sliding it from under me. LLP? If LLP, at what point do I have her put it in a trust? Any help helps.
